I just wanted to drop a quick note about how satisfied we were with our trial on Friday, the 26th, and the conduct of our attorney Tracey. She was great. This is the first eviction my wife and I have gone through, and Tracy met us in The morning and throughly explained the process. When it was time to attempt a settlement with out tenant, she advised us and she made a strong attempt to settle and when it was obvious there was no settling on account of how stubborn our tenant was, we went to trial. And we won. Before lunch. I know we are not out of the woods yet, I think our tenant is going to see this to the bitter end. I just wanted to say thank you.
