This will greatly reduce your wait time and allow for more personalized service. 

 

Any aspect of Landlord/Tenant law can be discussed. An attorney is available to speak with you from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every  business day and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. While we do limit our telephone calls to 5 minutes, the ability to talk with an attorney, who specializes exclusively in landlord/tenant law, is an invaluable service in managing your income property. As a member, you will receive more personalized service. Members will have a special “call-in” phone number and will be entitled to expedited service.

Our fee for this service is only $250 a year per person.

 

1. Members will be given a 6 digit code to identify yourself and a special call in phone number.

 

2. You will be able to speak with an attorney, on an expedited basis, each time you call or you can               schedule a return call at your convenience.

 

3. Regardless of how many buildings you manage, this service is available for a yearly fee of $250. 

    Enrollment is strictly limited to 100 persons.
