While our firm is happy to assist with free telephone consultations, as a member of the “Concierge Service”, you will be able to speak with the next available attorney. This will greatly reduce your wait time and allow for more personalized service.
Any aspect of Landlord/Tenant law can be discussed. An attorney is available to speak with you from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every business day and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. While we do limit our telephone calls to 5 minutes, the ability to talk with an attorney, who specializes exclusively in landlord/tenant law, is an invaluable service in managing your income property. As a member, you will receive more personalized service. Members will have a special “call-in” phone number and will be entitled to expedited service.

Our fee for this service is only $450 a year per person.
1. Members will be given a 6 digit code to identify yourself and a special call in phone number.
2. You will be able to speak with an attorney, on an expedited basis, each time you call or you can schedule a return call at your convenience.
3. Regardless of how many buildings you manage, this service is available for a yearly fee of $450.
Enrollment is strictly limited to 100 persons.
